Acrylic acid modified grafted starch slurry is a polymer composite material formed by chemically grafting acrylic acid or its ester monomers with natural starch as the base material. It has both the biocompatibility of starch and the excellent properties of synthetic polymers.

Textile pulp
Replacing traditional polyvinyl alcohol, reducing fiber cutoff rate (15–25%) and maintaining fiber length of 1.2–2.4 mm². Ethyl acrylate grafted products exhibit optimal adhesion to hydrophobic synthetic fibers (polyester)5.
Medical dressings
AGS300 grafted starch is used in the base of babu plasters, providing sustained-release drug delivery, skin adhesion, and moisturizing properties8.
Functional adhesives
Copolymerized with acrylamide to produce a highly absorbent resin for biodegradable packaging materials610.
