Constructed with high-strength aluminum alloy or stainless steel frames featuring electrolytic polishing or premium surface spraying, our cleanroom doors deliver outstanding corrosion resistance, anti-oxidation performance and easy-to-clean properties. The door leaf is filled with Class-A fireproof rock wool or polyurethane material, integrating excellent heat insulation, sound insulation and fireproof capabilities.
Fitted with double-layer silicone edge sealing strips and paired with a concealed door closer, the door maintains superior airtight and dustproof performance with an air leakage rate of ≤0.05m³/(h·m²) under a 30Pa pressure difference. High-end models are equipped with automatic drop-bottom seals to further enhance dynamic sealing effects.
