Product Structure & Craft Details
Our radiation proof lead door adopts multi-layer composite integrated structure, solving the two core pain points of radiation leakage and short service life of ordinary lead doors:
Outer frame: Integral welded thick steel frame, surface electrostatic anti-corrosion spray or whole 304 stainless steel cladding, no deformation after long-term heavy load opening.
Core shielding layer: Whole high-purity 99.99% lead plate fully embedded, seamless overlapping laying without splicing dead zone; lead equivalent ranges from 1.0mmPb for dental X-ray rooms to 15.0mmPb for nuclear facilities. CT & interventional operating rooms commonly select 3–5mmPb standard.
Intermediate filling layer: Fireproof rock wool or environmental polymer material is filled between lead plate and outer panel, realizing triple performance of noise reduction, heat insulation and fire prevention, suitable for hospital, laboratory and industrial workshop long-term use.
Edge anti-leakage craft: The door leaf and door frame contact surface are processed into labyrinth step structure with thickened radiation-proof sealing strip, cutting off all ray leakage gaps, passing strict radiation leakage detection.
