Material Technology
High-Purity Lead Substrate
Manufactured from premium electrolytic refined lead ingots with a lead purity of 99.995% or higher. A 0.3%–0.8% antimony alloy is added to enhance structural stability and long-term creep resistance.
Advanced Surface Treatment
Multiple protective finishes are available, including 0.3–1.0mm PVC or stainless steel cladding, anodization, and sandblasted anti-oxidation treatment for superior durability.
Stable Physical Performance
Standard density reaches 11.34g/cm³, with Vickers hardness of 8–12HV and elongation above 45%, ensuring excellent ductility, flexibility and structural toughness.
Standard Sizes
Available in standard flat sheet sizes of 1×2m and 1.2×2.4m. Lead coils are offered in 1m width and 30m length for thicknesses ≤3mm.
