Our lead ingots feature extensive applicability, serving multiple processing and manufacturing industries including radiation protection, storage battery production, industrial coatings, military and chemical engineering with strong universality and high compatibility. The products are divided into large ingots and small ingots according to external dimensions and unit weight, with structural designs tailored for modern warehousing, hoisting, transportation and bundling operations. Small ingots adopt a rectangular trapezoid structure with bundling grooves at the bottom and protruding ears at both ends for firm bundling and convenient handling. Large ingots are designed in a standard trapezoid shape with T-shaped protruding blocks at the bottom and lifting grooves on both sides, facilitating mechanical hoisting, stacking and transportation, ensuring high operation efficiency and anti-slip performance.

Presenting a blue-white metallic appearance, lead ingots are soft in texture and excellent in plasticity, which supports various secondary processing such as cutting, rolling and forging. The product boasts stable physical properties with a density of 11.34g/cm³ and a melting point of 327℃. Featuring a dense and uniform internal structure without pores or inclusions, processed lead plates and related lead products deliver outstanding shielding and attenuation performance against ionizing radiation such as X-rays and gamma rays, ensuring stable and reliable radiation protection effects. In addition, lead ingots have stable chemical properties and excellent corrosion resistance, resisting oxidation and deterioration to adapt to complex working conditions and long-term service requirements.

Lead ingots shall be stored in a well-ventilated, dry warehouse free of corrosive substances, and exposure to rain, moisture and direct sunlight is strictly prohibited. Standardized storage can effectively prevent material oxidation and performance attenuation, fully retain the original physical and chemical properties of lead ingots, and consistently guarantee product quality and processing performance.
