Unlike hospital projects, industrial workshops have high equipment voltage and high exposure frequency, requiring shielding calculations to comprehensively consider the equipment's kilovolt rating, daily working hours, and the surrounding area's activity range to determine the appropriate thickness.
For clients requiring temporary testing or frequent workstation adjustments, the modular interlocking lead brick solution has been widely adopted. Eliminating the need for heavy concrete shielding walls, it allows for the rapid construction of detachable shielded compartments using lead bricks. These compartments can be easily disassembled and rearranged later, significantly reducing modification time and costs. This solution has already been delivered to several industrial testing service providers in South America and Europe.
